- Letter requesting service on the Company’s letterhead bearing the company seal. Letter must be signed by at least one of the Company’s Director and the Company’s secretary. Letter should include the load details of equipment to be used by the business.
- Company’s certificate of incorporation
- Company’s TRN
- Government Electrical Inspection (GEI) Report – Needed for the installation of new meters at properties, if electricity supply was disconnected for a year or more; or if there was no electricity usage for a year or more; or where property was recertified
- Security Deposit – minimum of $10000 JMD
- Contact number and email address for organization or key contact person
- Driving directions to the premises/property
- Sign up for the JPS portal or the JPS App (online or Mobile) and submit application
